What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Asian American Midwest Progressives (AAMP) builds political power through collective advocacy and electoral organizing to achieve racial equity. AAMP endorses progressive candidates, mobilizes Asian American voters, and holds elected officials accountable through issue-based campaigns.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 AAMP organizes for a world where no one is harmed or limited by their racial or ethnic identity, and when everyone has the same unbridled potential to reach their goals and chase their dreams. Asian Americans have a stake in ending racial injustice for all people of color and AAMP seeks to build an analysis among Asian Americans that builds solidarity with Black and Latinx communities and movements.
