In March 2020, Osage Valley suspended service disconnections due to nonpayment and the assessment of late payment penalties. Osage Valley did not accrued late payment penalties for the months of March and April 2020 in these financial statements, which impacted Service Fees listed on Form 990, Part VIII, Line 2b. |
