The Club is a tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code; however, the Club is liable for income tax on the unrelated business income. The income tax expense, after reduction for tax credits, is $1,471 and $5,904, respectively for years ended March 31, 2021 and 2020.The Club's Forms 990 and 990T, U.S. Exempt Organization Income Tax Returns, for the years ending March 31, 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018 are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service, generally for three years after they were filed.
