	Regular Board meetings and the Annual Membership Meeting were conducted via telephone, during which various Club business items were discussed. Financial performance reviews were conducted telephonically with the Board, and tbe 2021 Budget was formulated and approved. Bath House renovations scheduled for 2020 were put on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions. Socials planned for 2020 were all cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. Memberships at the end of 2020 totaled 184. Memberships with a vote totaled 179. 27 memberships were sold and transferred to new members in 2020. Elections were held to replace three Board members, and various club activities and other issues were discussed. Accounts have been funded adequately to maintain necessary cash flows required for daily operations and future major renovations.
