Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The organization's mission is to provide services to in-home day care providers giving them financial assistance to buy nutritious food for the enrolled children in their care while their parents are at work. The organization also provides nutritious meals to the children to improve health by affecting the early development of the children's eating habits. The organization also provide training to the in-home providers so they can provide the best care for the children.

I am responding as quickly as possible to the notice being that I received it on October 26, 2021. The mail service has been extremely slow here. I was totally unware that it was require that Form 990 was to be file electronically. I appeal to you to please take into consideration my twenty-four years of business and never once neglected or violated the filing of Form 990. I humbly ask of you to consider not assessing any charges or penalties, my actions was not intentional. I do however take full responsibility in making such an error and this error I have learned from. I have learned to not be comfortable with being a creature of habit.
