Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	All compensation packages are discussed by the Executive Board and their approval is minuted.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees	Officer compensation is discussed and its approval is minuted by the EXecutive Board. No independent review or approval is obtained. Stipends are based on comparable compensation in the bargaining units.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	The Constitution and ByLaws are posted on the organization's website which is www.uc-aft.org. There is no conflict of interest policy. Financial statements are distributed at Council meetings and are available to union members upon request.
