Since the title to the property and investment accounts are in the name of the Bahia Temple Holding Company, the amounts have be transferred to this return and shown separately.
Form 990, Part VII, Line 2a	Shriners International, Bahia Shrine prepares a finanical statement that is reviewed by Independant outsided accountants. The assets, liabilities and equity of this entity are consolidated within the Financal Statements of Bahia Shrine.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization is governed by simular officers and directors as Shriners International, Bahia Shrine which has members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The officers of Shriners International, Bahia Shrine are elected annually by the members. Several of the same officers are automatically placed as officers on this entities board, other voting officers are appointed by Bahia Shrine Directors, which is consistant with the purpose of the Organization.
