Pt VI, Line 1a	There are 5 Trustees on the board. Every regular member has a vote on all post decisions. All issues are brought up on the second Monday of the Month and all regular members in attendance have a right to vote. There were 168 regular memebers on 12/31/20.

Pt XI	Line 9: The bank statements are recreated on excel spreadsheets. The individual transactions are classified into different categories on the spreadsheets. The General Fund balances with the bank account balance but the individual transaction categories do not add up to the final bank statement by $3560.18. The Part XI reconciliation indicates an additional $1074.82. The tax preparer can not determine the discrepancies. However, the error is in favor of the VFW. Money is not missing and unaccounted for. Additional money is in the General Fund but can not be sourced.
