AS IT IS NOT AN ORGANIZATION FOCUS, PNW RARELY EMBARKS ON GRANTMAKING. SINCE GRANTMAKING IS LIMITED IN SCOPE, PNW HAS THE RESOURCES AND TIME TO INVEST IN VETTING GRANTEES AND CLOSELY MONITORING ITS GRANTMAKING PROCESS.
