Other	Part III, Line 28 - Education - SCFB spends time educating the public and youth about Iowa's agriculture and the agricultural economy. Six college scholarships were awarded to deserving local students. The Organization also has an ongoing Ag in the Classroom program. Programs and presentations were completed in local elementary schools and with an increased use of wireless technology. 2,000 students were impacted by these programs.
Other	Part III, Line 29 - Public Policy - SCFB functions as a grassroots support network for engaging in public policy education and communications affecting their membership. A member survey is printed and distributed to 600 members to obtain thoughts and opinions on issues affecting them on a local, state, and national level. Legislative meetings and policy education sessions were hosted for members throughout the season.
Other	Part III, Line 30 - Agriculture Promotion - SCFB promoted agriculture to the general public and its members throughout the year. The organization promoted agriculture through sponsorship of the eight local food pantries in Story County and sponsorship of events at the County Fair for the general public.
