PHYSICIAN COMPENSATION IS BENCHMARKED AGAINST SEVERAL INDEPENDENT PHYSICIAN SPECIALTY-SPECIFIC SALARY SURVEYS, INCLUDING MEDICAL GROUP MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, AMERICAN MEDICAL GROUP ASSOCIATION AND SULLIVAN COTTER. ADDITIONALLY, ANY PHYSICIAN'S COMPENSATION ABOVE THE 90TH PERCENTILE NATIONAL BENCHMARK IS REVIEWED EXTERNALLY EVERY TWO YEARS BY AN INDEPENDENT FAIR MARKET VALUE COMPENSATION CONSULTANT. |
