Schedule D, Part X, Line 2	The Plan received a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) dated December 28, 2004 indicating that the Plan is exempt from federal income tax under Sections 501(c)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). Subsequent to this issuance of the determination letter, the Plan was amended. However, the Plan sponsor and Plan management believes the Plan is currently designed and operated in compliance with applicable reqirements of the IRC, and the trust continues to be tax exempt. Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require plan management to evaluate tax positions taken by the plan and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the plan has taken an uncertain tax position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the IRS. The plan administrator has analyzed the tax positions taken by the plan, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2020 there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The plan is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.
