This return has been resubmitted electronically because our original 990 form was not received by mail. This was sent through regular USPS service on April 30th, 2021. We have since now moved over our tax filings to be done electronically to ensure that our tax returns are received in a timely manner. Our previous returns were always submitted by USPS and received, however, it seems that our recent return was not received due to the challenges of the pandemic and USPS. We humbly ask that the IRS accept this return.
