Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Residents' Assn helps support the Westminster Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the Association's Holiday Fund in assisting employees, caregivers and indigent residents of Westminster Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay, a continuing care retirement community in Virginia Beach, VA.

This is a grant to the Association's Holiday Fund for staff and caregivers, funded entirely by gift contributions from residents, patients and friends. Grants consist of funds distributed in amounts ranging from $50 to $801 to 541 individuals.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b The 658 members of the Residents' Association are all residents of Westminster Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay retirement community. The four officers listed in Part VII are selected by members at their annual meeting. Minutes of the monthly and annual meetings are maintained by the Secretary. The Treasurer reports to the membership at these meetings. Monthly financial statements are presented and included in the minutes which are published and made available to all residents. Individual disbursements over $3,000 must be approved by the Association membership.
