Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	CBIA's compensation committee reviewed the Form 990 at its December 2020 meeting and reported the results of this review to CBIA's board of directors. The members of CBIA's compensation committee are CBIA's president, chair of the board of directors, two vice-chairs and immediate past chair. The Form 990 is made available to other board members upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All CBIA employees, officers and directors are required to complete a conflict of interest statement annually. CBIA's Treasurer and Director of HR review the employees' statements. CBIA's President and Assistant Secretary review the officers and directors statements and work with the board and management to resolve any conflicts.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The compensation committee establishes the compensation for CBIA's President and senior vice presidents. The committee reviews salary surveys and data provided by an independent compensation consultant to establish appropriate compensation plans for these employees. The committee also administers the variable pay plans for these employees by reviewing objectives and benchmarks at the beginning of each fiscal year and evaluating performance and approving awards at the end of each fiscal year.
