SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS ARE DEPOSITED IN A RESTRICTED TRUST FUND AND ARE DISBURSED AS THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS BASED ON THE CRITERIA AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVAL.
