The SFTA launched a successful Climate Action Management consulting module & delivered a suite of additional COMPASS sustainability consulting modules that provide strategies to help members measure & improve their corporate sustainability programs. Refined the SFTA Sustainability Snapshot, a set of actionable sustainability KPIs, and launched it on an online portal. The Climate Collaborative, a project of SFTA and OSC2, successfully engaged 217 new companies in 2020 (707 total), to make over 2500+ Commitments. |

| Changes to governing documents Part V line 34 | The organization was dissolved due changes in the economy and operational challenges facing the organization. The decision was made to dissolve and transfer the assets to the Organic Trade Association (OTA). The OTA has a similar mission to the goals and objectives of the Sustainable Food Trade Organization and the Boards of both entities agree to dissolution and asset transfer (Cash and Receivables $8,626).
