General explanation attachment	All of our income comes from Fundrasing: Food and Beverage sales and members donations/ dues. We dont have any payroll.Form 990EZ was provided to officers prior to e-filing and is available to the public upon request or online. We have and enforce a Conflict of Interest policy with each of our officers regarding other organizations that they might represent. This is nonapplicable currently since none of our officers do business with any other non profit organizations.
