These organizations have their own policies and procedures which govern their activities. The Local sends delegates to Constitutional Conventions and other meetings to ensure their operation remains consistent with our Union. |

| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 | Monthly salaries for the Local President, Financial Secretary-Treasurer, Hall Manager, Group Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen are subject to a vote of the membership at the monthly meetings of the Local/Group. Salaries paid in 2020 were approved by the membership during the January 2020 Local Meeting. All other wages paid are lost time compensations for officers or members performing approved Union business and is based on the contract rate that a member is normally paid by the Company they work for. Members are paid only for the actual hours of Company work they miss while in service to the Union. |

Monthly financial reports are provided to each group at their monthly meetings and a quarterly summary is provided at the quarterly Local meetings. These reports are applicable meeting minutes; are open for review by the members and supply the contact information of the Financial Secretary-Treasurer should any member have any concerns about the information provided in the reports. |
