Part X : FIN48 Footnote The organization is exempt from income taxes in accordance with Section 5012(c)12 of the Internal Revenue Code. As of December 31, 2020, the Company had not identified any uncertain income tax positions that would give rise to the recognition of income tax assets or liabilities under the new generally accepted accounting principles threshold. Because no uncertain income tax positions have been identified, no accrued interest or penalties have been accrued as of December 31, 2020. The Company files income tax returns in the U.S. federal jurisdictions. No returns have been subject to audit in any jurisdictions in the last 3 years and the statute of limitations for federal returns is generally three years. Management continues to monitor changes in tax law and new authoritative ruling for possible effects on the Company.
