28 THIS ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED AND IS LICENSED BY THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, TO ACT AS A RATING ORGANIZATION AS DEFINED IN TITLE 48, CHAPTER 29 OF THE REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON (CHAPTER 48.29 RCW). THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO ACT AS A RATING ORGANIZATION AS DEFINED IN CHAPTER 48.29 RCW. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ADOPT OR CREATE TITLE INSURANCE FORMS (INCLUDING FORMS OF POLICY AND ENDORSEMENT), TITLE INSURANCE RATES, MANUALS OF RULES AND RATES, RATING PLANS, RATE SCHEDULES, MINIMUM RATES, AND RATING RULES FOR USE BY TITLE INSURANCE COMPANIES IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.
