Weedy-Rough Design and Environmental Photography was formally dissolved with the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office at the end of October 2020 after several years of inactivity. This decision was based on a determination that the organization was not fulfilling its original purpose due to prolonged inactivity and the fact that future revitalization of the organization was unlikely. It seemed most prudent to relieve both myself and any state or federal agency charged with regulatory oversight of any further burden. As the sole remaining representative of the organization, and in my capacity as the original Chairman of the Board/Director, I took individual action to facilitate the dissolution as per instructions from the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office. The organization never acquired any assets and was incorporated as a non-membership organization, thus there was no formal liquidation plan and no assets to disburse. There were also no outstanding debts or financial obligations to resolve.
