Form 990, Part III, line 3 The Organization temporarily ceased selling the Visitors' Center merchandise as of March 2020, as the physical locations were closed due to COVID-19.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 Members are those person having membership rights and privileges in the corporation in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and with the By-Laws. The number of members shall be established at five. The members of this corporation are the Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce, South Shore; South Lake Tahoe Tourism Improvement District; Tahoe Douglas Visitors Authority; Douglas County, Nevada; and the City of South Lake Tahoe.
