Form 990, Part III, Line 4a Due to the Covid situation, the Association was required to cancel the annual conference scheduled for June. Event cancellation cancellation insurance covered the loss of income for the meeting. Late in 2020, the Association sponsored online training to allow members to acquire education credits to maintain required certification and registration required by the State of Iowa. The invoice for the expenses for providing the online sessions had not by the end of the fiscal year.
Form 990, Part III, Line 4b The Association was able to hold the first two of the specialty education conferences early in the year. Due to Covid restrictions, the remaining two specialty conferences had to be cancelled. Event cancellation insurance covered the loss of revenue for the cancelled conferences.
Form 990, Part III, Line 4c Most of the regional programs were forced to be cancelled by the Covid restrictions imposed by the State of Iowa. One region was able to provide online sessions since they use a community college to provide their training sessions.
