Form 990, Part III, Line 3: Ceased Conducting or Significant Changes To Services During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic caused numerous shutdowns across the globe including the one year suspension of Texas Rose Festival Association's Coronation, Parade and related events. These events were held virtually which significantly impacted the revenue and expenses related to these events. Programs are planned to resume during 2021 as held in prior years.
