Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Responsible Flushing Alliance is a group of associations, companies and wastewater sector advocates interested in addressing the true causes of clogging and debris accumulation problems in the wastewater infrastructure. The group believes that elevating consumer awareness of what should and should not be flushed, combined with resonsible labeling of products that could inappropriately be flushed, are both important elements of addressing these problems.

	The Responsible Flushing Alliance educates consumers and key stakeholders about smart flushing habits through its #FlushSmart program. #FlushSmart promotes healthy homes and communities by helping to prevent sewer clogs by not flushing items not intended to be flushed. The Organization also promotes the "Do Not Flush" symbol that is prominently found on the back of wipes products meant for disposal in a trash can. The Organization created the "Clog Monster" as a vehicle to remind people to not use the toilet as a trash can. A California specific program called Flush Smart California expressly focuses on educating Californians on proper flushing habits.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Organization outsourced the duties for its position of President / Executive Director to the firm Lara PR. These duties are fulfilled by Lara Wyss, President of Lara PR. The Organization incurred fees totaling $36,000 to Lara PR during the year ended December 31, 2020 for such executive director services of which $27,000 was paid as of December 31, 2020.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Organization has two types of members - voting and non-voting. Membership is open to any for-profit corporation, nonprofit corporation, government organization, educational institution or other enterprise or individual that is (i) supportive of the Organization's purpose, (ii) deemed reasonably appropriate by the Board of Directors and (iii) not otherwise prohibited by treaty, law or regulation from abiding by the terms of the Organization's bylaws. Applicants shall be admitted to membership upon (i) approval by the majority of the Board of Directors, (ii) execution of a membership ageement, and (iii) payment of applicable annual dues.
