Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The association's Nominating Committee provides a ballot with nominees for the association's officers 60 days before the association's annual meeting. Regular and Marketing Association members are entitled to one vote in electing the association's officers.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 is distributed to members of the board of directors for their review and comment.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 AWDA complies with the public inspection requirements of the Internal Revenue Code Section 6104 by making its Form 1024 application for recognition of exemption under section 501(a), determination letter from the IRS, and the Form 990 for its three most recently completed tax periods available to the public upon request.
