Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The fire department has an annual election of officers every December. All members vote for the officers and have voting input. The administrative decisions throughout the year are made by the officers and supported by unanimous vote of members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All members have voting input at monthly business meetings where all our administrative decisions are made. All votes are made by motions made and voted on by members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 form has been filed as usual. The review process is done by the treasurer with the approval and overseeing of our internal audit committee which consists of one of our members who is a CPA Any member of the public has access to the form and we do not issue form to all members as it is not required.
