Explanation:

New IRS regulations now require that the Form 990 be submitted electronically rather than in printed form. Due to these new regs, extra time was spent locating a software package that would support this feature. We finally found a package called Form990online that fulfills this requirement. Also extra time was spent learning how to use this software.
