The CNY 32nd Degree Masonic Center Corp is responsible for payments of rent utilities and maintenance of the Dyslexia Center. The Valley's of Utica and Syracuse each provide 50% of those expenses in a form of cash donation to the corporation. The Valley of Utica also elects 5 members to the corporation Board of Trustees.
