Part VI, Section B, Line 1	Property owners within the designated service area are asked to donate each year. Any property owner who donates along with active firefighters is eligible to vote for board members at the annual election.
Part VI, Line 6	Board members are elected to three-year terms and the board elects officers. Bylaws are reviewed abd discussed at least once per year at an opening meeting.
Part VI, Line 7a	The board appoints the fire chief and officers. All meetings are announced with signs and are open to the public. Minutes and financial reports are distributed at monthly meetings and minutes are sent to the county clerk.
Part VI, Line 11a	Minutes and all financial reports are distributed at monthly meetings and are sent to the Love County Clerk.
Part VI, Line 19	Copies of all documents are available for review at the monthly meetings. A copy is also on record at the Love County Clerk's office.
Part IX, Line 24e	All expenses are normal operating expenses. Some equipment was replaced and a drone (valued at $3500) was purchased. A county sales tax provides funds for utilities insurance and other exoenses however they are not listed sue to the fact that the County Clerk handles the transactions.
