WE CONTINUALLY EVALUATE EXPIRING STATUES OF LIMITATIONS, AUDITS, PROPOSED SETTLEMENTS, CHANGES IN TAX LAW AND NEW AUTHORITATIVE RULINGS. NO SUCH POSITIONS EXISTED AT 7/31/2019 AND 2018, AND NO INTEREST OR PENALTIES WERE RECOGNIZED IN THE STATEMENTS OF CHANGES IN NET ASSETS AVAILABLE FOR BENEFITS.
