SOME CONSUMERS MAY BE ENROLLED IN A DEBT MANAGEMENT PLAN (DMP) FOR SYSTEMATIC REPAYMENT OF CERTAIN DEBTS. TEAMS OF CERTIFIED SUPPORT COUNSELORS PROVIDE ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT FOR MMI'S DMP CLIENTS BY PROVIDING ON-GOING FINANCIAL COUNSELING AND EDUCATION FROM THE START THROUGH COMPLETION. CORPORATE POLICY REQUIRES ALL SUPPORT COUNSELORS RECEIVE IN-DEPTH TRAINING AND ARE REQUIRED TO BE INDEPENDENTLY CERTIFIED PRIOR TO COUNSELING A CONSUMER.
