Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	The process for determining compensation for new hires (including the Executive Director) includes calling around to area Chambers and getting their compensation rate schedule, based on comparable sized chambers. The rates are then discussed and agreed on based on the needs of the Chamber.
