    5 LOW INCOME APARTMENTS WERE PURCHASED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE LIVING QUARTERS FOR PATIENTS WHO HAVE GRADUATED FROM THE FIRST PART OF THE REHABILITATION PROCESS. THE MAJORITY OF THESE APARTMENTS ARE PROVIDED AT LOW COST (BASED ON THE TENANTS INCOME) TO THE TENANT, TO PROVIDE LIVING SPACE WHILE THE PATIENT RE-ENTERS THE WORKFORCE.
