RENT IS COLLECTED FROM ITS OWNER, THE IBEW LOCAL #57. THE ONLY EXPENSES IT HAS ARE OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE BUILDING. NO SALARIES OR DISTRIBUTIONS ARE PAID BY THE BUILDING COMPANY.
