What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors Association is an association for companies working in the air conditioning and refrigeration service and maintenance industry. It is primarily for commercial and industrial companies. Its purpose is to 1) promote the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, 2) provide education to its members and 3) provide other services to its members as determined by the membership and Board of Directors.
