Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	The Officers of the USW HRA Fund are employed by an Organization in which the Trustees of the USW HRA Fund are also Trustees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Under the terms of the Trust Agreement, union trustees are appointed by the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (USW). Successor employer trustees are appointed by the remaining employer trustees, and if there are no employer trustees remaining on the Board, the employer employing the largest number of employees who are participants in the Plan shall appoint the successor employer trustee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	The USW HRA Fund has no Committees with authority to act on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
