| Asset Impairment | Entity owns land in Mathews Co, Virginia. Originally, the $498,000 purchase was to have been for a headquarters office and office rental. The land was purchased before the 2008 market collapse for real estate and the organization moved to larger leased office space to accomodate the needs of the organization. The land was listed in 2018, close to original cost with no or low response. In late 2019, the market price or listing price was dropped to $375,000. The property is assessed at $317,000 by the County of Mathews. A sales contract for the property in 2020 was at a gross of $355,000, contingent upon certain conditions. Adjusted further for sales commissions and estimated closing costs, management believes the price would net $320,000, close to the tax assessed value. |
