Explanation:

We mailed in our 2020 990 with an extension request. To date, we have tried to look up the status of the fling but got no reply from the IRS. Per our phone conversation with the IRS we were informed that we would have to be patient because they were backlogged. Because of the Virus, and the toll it took on our lodge with illnesses, Deaths, plus the time it took to get any information on our 2019, 990. which hindered our efforts to get any loans that would have helped to keep the lodge open and functional. We were forced to shut down for most of 2020. We lost most of our Volunteers, our Secretary, Financial Advisor, and Accountant. Not having anyone available for bookkeeping put us in a hole that we are still trying to work ourselves out of. We are diligently working to comply with all IRS reporting procedures. Your help and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
