Part III, line 3	The Coronavirus pandemic caused the organization to stop it's fish fry dinners it's pancake breakfasts and to not conduct it's Perch Peach Perogi and Polka Festival. Part VI: Governance Management and Disclosure Line 11b: A complete copy of Form 990 and Sschedules is available to all members of the organization in the hall office and an announcement of its availability to review is made at a regular scheduled meeting. Line 19: All corporate documents policies financial statements etc. are available to all members upon request at any time during the year. Line 6: All members of Port Clinton Knights of Columbus Council #1750 are voting members of the organization. Line 7a: All members of the organization have the voting power to elect all members of the governing body. Line 7b: All governance decisions are subject to approval of the members of the organization. Line 19: Information is made available by request.
Part VI, Line 6	The organization is a non profit corporation with approximately 190 members.
Part VI, Line 7a	All members had the opportunity to vote on the members of the governing body.
Part VI, Line 11a	A meeting will be held with all members invited a review of the Form 990 will an agenda item.
