What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Advancing success through information, community, and advocacy since 1931. Financial Executives International connects financial leaders through exchanging ideas about best practices, defining the profession, educating members and stakeholders and working with the government to improve the general economy.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Portland Chapter was chartered in November 1943. With a Membership of more than 190 senior-level financial executives, the Portland Chapter boasts representation from major public and private companies, mid-size and rising developmental firms in the area, across all industries. Membership with the FEI Portland Chapter provides you with opportunities to interact and network with your local senior-level financial leaders, as well as engage and learn from with top speakers. The Chapter also offers professional development sessions with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, plus career services and management resources. The FEI Portland Chapter also provides college scholarships to students attending select Universities in Oregon and SW Washington.
