THE TAX PREPARER WAS NOT AWARE OF THE APPLICABLE LAW CHANGE THAT MANDATED ALL FORM 990 CHARITABLE TAX RETURNS BE FILED ELECTRONICALLY. THE TAX PREPARER WAS FIRST NOTIFIED OF THE CHANGE UPON RECEIPT OF THE TAX NOTICE (REFERENCE #0422897271).
