    The Form 990-PF for the short year ended December 15, 2020 was originally attempted to be e-filed in February. The minimum invesment return has been prorated for a short year return and therefore was less than 5% of line 5. Due to this issue we were unable to electronically file the Form 990-PF and the Form 990-PF was timely mailed to the IRS prior to the May 15, 2021 deadline. The Knife River Group Homes, Inc received an IRS notice on October 25th returning the Form 990-PF and requesting that we e-file the Form 990. We are e-filing the Form 990-PF at this time to comply with that request.
