Explanation:

On October 28, 2021 we received IRS Letter Number LTR2694C dated 2021-10-08 informing us that our 2019 From 990 filing was being returned to us because beginning with returns filed after July 2020 were required to be filed electronically. Our paper return was mailed on January 9, 2020 and was delivered on January 13, 2020 by certified mail. We request that no penalty should be imposed because the return was mailed and received by the IRS by the return's official filing deadline. Therefore, we did not willfully neglect preparing and filing the return. However, the return's new filing method, which had been by mail for the past 15 plus years, was not intentionally unnoticed. Per the IRS Letter, the electronic return was required to be filed within 10 days of the date of the letter. However, we did not receive the letter until after the 10 day deadline had already passed. Since we received the letter, we have worked diligently to prepare the electronic return and to file this return as soon as possible. In addition, all future filings will be filed electronically. By Friday, November 5, 2021, we should have completed the electronic filing of the 2019 return and we do not foresee filing electronically to be an issue in the future.
