What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Atlanta Technology Angels is a charitable organization supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Atlanta and Georgia/Southeast. ATA showcases early stage companies, provides investment opportunities, and educates investors and entrepreneurs.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Monthly member meetings - conducted 10 months out of the year to showcase prospective investments to ATA members. At each membermeeting, there is an education component in addition to prospective companies pitching to the broader ATA membership. Operational anddeal flow updates are given at this time. Networking for accredited angel investors and companies.
