Explanation

Schedule R, Part V, Line 2

Chattanooga Breakfast Rotary Service Fund was established in 2020 and approved as a charitable 501(c)3 entity shortly afterward. Its purpose is to facilitate the continuing charitable projects and programs of the Rotary Club of Chattanooga Breakfast and to aid in initiating new activities. Monies generated by the Rotary Club's fundraising projects are transferred to the Service Fund and combined with charitable donations from outside donors. They are then disbursed to support charitable and educational programs approved by the Rotary Club's Board of Directors. Funds received by the Service Fund are maintained by its separate Board of Directors.
