WE REVIEWED APPLICATIONS TO BE CERTAIN THE SMALL BUSINESS MET ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. EACH GRANT UP TO $10,000 WAS AWARDED ON A REIMBURSEMENT BASIS FOR FUNDS EXPENSED ON ELIGIBLE ITEMS INCURRED FROM MARCH 01, 2020 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 2020.
