Other	Part III, Line 28 - Education - GCFB spends time educating the public and youth about Iowa's agriculture and the agricultural economy. Three college scholarships were awarded to deserving local students through the organization scholarship program. Books were donated to a local library and two local schools.
Other	Part III, Line 29 - Public Policy - GCFB functions as a grassroots support network for engaging in public policy education and communications affecting their membership. A member survey is printed and distributed to 600 members to obtain thoughts and opinions on issues affecting them on a local, state, and national level. Legislative meetings and policy education sessions were hosted for members throughout the season.
