What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The SW Special Education Federation Union Council 2445, Local 943, is a nonprofit labor organization that represents certified and non-certified personnel of SWCCCASE through collective bargaining. The organization advances public education and promotes the welfare of students and personnel through cooperation with all interested groups on the local and state levels.
